SHIPPING POLICY

Deliveries within the UAE are free of charge above 100 AED. For purchases under 100 AED we charge a delivery fee for AED 15. We deliver across the UAE in 2-5 business days. For Delivery outside the UAE, kindly send us a message and we will get back to you with the best quote available.

Return & Exchange Policy

At WEARHOUSE we take pride in the high quality of all our products.

In the rare instance if there is any issue with your purchase or the customer has received a defective product please email us as soon as possible at care@wearhouse.ae with your order number and a photo of the product, we will address these on case to case basis and work out a satisfactory solution.

Customer can exchange their order within 5 days upon receipt. Please note the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refunds will be made back to our wallet or the payment method used. Please allow for up to 30-45days for the refund transfer to be completed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unwashed, unused and in the same condition that you received it with all original tags.

Some of the items which are exempted from the return like underwear, swimming suits, personal care items, feeding accessories, face masks and all items which are under promotion or sale.

For return of footwear , please make sure the shoes are in the original packaging. Any damage on the shoe or the box will no longer be returnable . Please make sure to wear socks before trying the footwear.

Ethnic Wear clothes will not be refunded.  We will be able to accommodate a size exchange but refunds will not be permitted.
