We have a 5-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Accessories, Swimwear, underwear and personal care items cannot be returned or exchanged. These items will only be accepted if the items when received are damaged.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or items bought via Gift cards or coupons. For Bras , we do accept returns if returned in the same packing with original tags.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Exchanges for shoes will be only on case to case basis and we advise you to first try the shoes with the socks on. Shoes will not be accepted for return if the soles are damanged or we feel they have been worn.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on wearhouse.com for return. Returns are processed in the order they are received. Please allow a week to a week and a half for your return to be processed once received at our warehouse.
Wearhouse will cover the courier costs for any items which appear as damaged.
On delivery of the items, if the customer does not like the item or has ordered the wrong size, the customer will bear the courier charges to send the items back to the Wearhouse.
You can send items back to us using any trackable/insured shipping method. Refunds or Gift Cards will be awarded once the items have been marked as received in our warehouse.
Customer will bear the expenses of returning the goods if they are not damaged. Damaged items will be accepted, but exchanges will need to be returned with our couriers with the customer bearing the charges.
We process all our returns within 7 Days of receiving the item(s).
